Planning estimates
Displayed costs are planning assumptions based on user-entered geometry and editable or published rates. They are not bids, guarantees, offers, or promises that work can be completed for the displayed amount.
Maps and property information
Map imagery, terrain, measurements, and geocoding are planning aids. Users are responsible for confirming ownership, boundaries, easements, utilities, permits, HOA rules, site conditions, and construction requirements.
Quote requests
Submitting a quote request authorizes the disclosed sharing and contact activity. Property Improvement Estimator does not guarantee that a company will accept a project, make contact, provide a quote, or perform work.
Testimonials
Submitting a testimonial authorizes Property Improvement Estimator to review it and, if approved, publish the display-approved fields. Testimonials may be edited for length, spelling, or clarity without changing meaning. Published testimonials are not guarantees of pricing, contractor availability, savings, or project outcome.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit false identities, properties they are not authorized to evaluate, unlawful content, malicious files, automated abuse, or attempts to access another customer or company account.
Planning limitation
Property Improvement Estimator does not replace a survey, utility locate, permit review, engineering advice, product instructions, site inspection, or contractor proposal.
